This August at lovely Fort Bliss, TX, I will be entering the "BBQ Bliss" BBQ Cook-off. I will entering all categories Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork, and Beef Brisket.
First of all could one of you HOGS make me a deal on a XXL NICK (and no I am not an XXL, I AM an L at best
Second since most HOGS of my acquaintance are connoisseurs of grilled meat any recipes or ideas would be welcome. I have pretty much decided on all the recipes and sauces but any ideas or extra tasty preparations are welcome.
And finally one of the things being judged is showmanship. I don't have a name for my one man operation yet. Any ideas on in the showmanship / name arena would be helpful and knowing the fertile imagination of this crowd there should be some interesting ideas.
I will be doing a "dry run" here soon to test the cooking process and the recipes. Too bad none of you HOGS live close by, you could come over and help with tasting. So howaboutit? Any ideas?
