big# SAR8

That is a good question, and one I really don't know the answer to. There might actually be a hundred+ of these, or maybe 'Skunk was allowed to choose the numbers...? Jerry rarely (if ever) tells us how many of any given model are out there.

INFI, hook, line, & sinker... LOL :D:thumbup: He definitely keeps us coming back for more! :)

:) Jerry is a better marketer than he is a knife maker!

easy, killer... that's a bit strong don't you think?

but make no mistake, he/they have a rarely-seen lock on their market and customers. frankly, I've never seen anything like it. cult-like, nearly, but one thing is for certain - they have the product and warranty to back it up, and they're stand-up people in every regard I've witnessed.

I'd say, instead, that he (and/or those in his employ) are utterly brilliant at both.

/my ten cents.

exactly my point- don't know a stronger way to compliment Jerry's marketing than by comparing it to the knife making :)

good observation regarding "nearly cult-like". The product is amazing (SAR-8 in particular), and warranty could not be better, but it is not what is driving this success. Folks aren't stacking safes full of expensive knives because the knives are so good...

I'd buy INFI sinkers. More environmentally friendly than lead. . . and hooks as well for that matter. Maybe INFI steel leaders as well????

my number is 49, so who does have the highest #? that person probably didn't get it yet...

Still waiting for SAR-8 LE #94 - it's been a week today since I ordered and got my cc confirmation. Should I be worried?

it's worth the wait, makes it so much better, you'll like it more if you have to wait longer...

Have not got my SAR 8 yet, so don't know the number.

I will go against the flow here, I really like the knives but do not go for the marketing hype. I tend to ignore all that and will just buy the knife as long as I like what I see. :)

#270 just showed up.

I figure Skunk had it just case Jaxx ordered 10, it would have saved on shipping.
