In a recent thread where I mentioned looking for a Skyline, Rob offered simply to send me one.
I didn't want him to give up the knife made famous in his now-famous $30 knife kicked the Sebenza out of my pocket thread. He insisted, however, and yesterday, I got the knife in the mail.
Wow. Just another outstanding knife by Kershaw.
Grippy G-10 liners, excellent blade shape, light weight, flipper deployment. What's not to like?
Anyway, I just wanted to post up and say thanks to Rob. Great gesture, and I appreciate it. This sort of thing is what makes BFC a special place.
On another note, Moose seems to think it's hard to get a free Kershaw knife, but I've only been posting over here for about a week, and the durn things are flying out of the woodwork.
PS: Rob, this photo fell out of the box along with the plastic peanuts.
I'm not sure you meant to send it. Have you been shoe shopping?
