Big Thanks To Darrel Ralph

I recently purchased the pictured Madd Maxx and ended up having a VERY MINOR isssue that I don't even think was Darrel's fault. However, let me just say that he went WELL above and beyond in terms of handling the issue and making me feel like a valued customer. It is great to be able to puchase such remarkable work, but to know that it is backed by someone that really cares about customer service makes the deal that much sweeter. This Maxx is so nice it will bring a tear to your eye! :thumbup:

You got yourself a great looking knife. Darrel treated me very well in the deal we did a few years ago. If he had not been as friendly and helpful as he was, you never know, I may not have ended up wanting to deal with custom makers.
 
Outstanding knife. They don't get any better than Darrel when it comes to customer service.
 
i met Darrel @ the Chicago custom knife show...he is such a nice guy i ended up buying 3 of his balisongs. :D

that mad maxx is sweet...the shell looks like fire.
