I lost the magnetic tip and guide rod to my DMT diafold sharpener. Didnt see it listed as a part in their catalog, so I called them up. In less than a minute, they took my name and address and said they'd send out the part free of charge! That means a lot to me and as long as I need something to do with sharpening or knife supplies, and DMT makes it, they'll get my business :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

That's good to hear. They seem to have a well-deserved reputation for keeping their customers happy. Many here have dealt with DMT's customer service in some capacity, and from most of what I've seen reported here, they've been treated well.
