I had a minor glitch with a Custom 110 I received a week or 2 ago. Joe told me to send it back. I received a replacement today that is beautifully fitted, functions perfectly, locks up like a bank vault. Needless to say I'm very happy.
If that's not enough I sent a a couple of Old 110's, a 2 dot and a very old 2 scale rivets, 110. I asked if they could tighten them up and clean and sharpen them. They came back to me looking like they were built yesterday, they are beautiful, tight and smooth.
Again IMHO Buck has proven thee best knife co. out there, For the best knife for the money and the best customer service.
Thanks again Joe and the crew there at Buck for a great job!!
 
Without going into details, Joe did something for me about a year ago that went way above what anyone could expect.
Any company would be very lucky to have Joe representing them..... :thumbup:
