Well Ethan brought this sausage to a few Beckerhead gatherings and got me hooked on them.... I didn't know where else to get them but at the last gathering Jonny got some for us! I asked him if you could get me more and he went and got me some landjaeger sausage! Thanks man!!!

It's not tremendously moist...but it is delicious!
Goes good with a loaf of passenger bread. AKA the Kilo Country bread loaf (3 kilos, that's 6.6 lbs) from Ken's Artisan Bakery in Portland, OR.
