I know Thomas comes here, I already thanked the rep I dealt with. I wanted to share my experience with warranty work. I had a G 10 Tyrade that had some stripped torx screws. The torsion bar had been clicking after 3 days of ownership so I disassembled the knife and noticed the stripped fasteners, all threads were a bit flat and one didn't respond to retightening at all. I wrote Kershaw and sent the knife in expecting (nuts are press-fit into G-10 and I didn't want to try putting in new pieces) new screws & nuts, they replaced the knife. All in all it took about 3 weeks to get the replacement, no questions asked. I've been carrying Kershaw knives for nine years and this is the 2nd time I've ever had to call them and I can't be happier with the outcome. Rock on Kershaw.
