During the feeding frenzy last night I was able to grab one leprechaun that came out of hiding. I checked-out and received my email verification. Not too long after that another one came up and I had hoped to get two, so I grabbed it as well. I was glad to pay shipping twice since I ordered them separately. I also knew how busy the Skunks were going to be following the last couple of days. This morning I get an email from Vicki saying they combined my Wardens and refunded one of my shipping fees. Just another example of how awesome Vick and Skunk are. Plus, I now have another $15 to put towards more Infi. You guys are class acts.:thumbup:

A couple of days ago I tried to order a Sage Warden but when I tried to checkout there was a glitch between the website and the gateway (or something like that). I thought for sure I had become another victim of murphy's law, but Vicki set a sage warden aside for me and saved the day :)

I've had the same experience, it was actually on my first INFI purchase and I've been hooked on INFI & The BCS ever since!
 
I had some shipping problems yesterday... Since it took them less than a couple of hours to ship me my knife, I was unable to add another one to the package..

In protest, I have ordered two additional knives plus lanyards and a tshirt... that'll show them! ;)
 
Ditto here. I had a problem with my order because of a computer glitch which required Vicki to spend over an hour udoing the errors. She called me and was fantastic. And I scored to Leps.
 
I Scored A GLOD Last Night And Was Going To Order A Few Other Things But I Am A Computer Idiot So I Checked Out And Went Back And Ordered A Few Other Items, I Got A Email From Vicky Saying She Added Them Together And Took Off Some On The ShippingThank's Vicky You Rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
