I just can't get bored watching this movie. What a great flick, and chock full of one liners. When Lo Pan say, "good knife," I guess he didn't know it was a gerber, though they were of better quality back in '86. Saw it in the theaters back when it first came out, got the VHS as soon as it hit the shelves, got the DVD as soon as I found out it was available. Is it appropriate to show my 11 year old son? INDEED!

Easily one of my favorites movies of all time.

"Like I told my last wife, I says, "Honey, I never drive faster than I can see. Besides that, it's all in the reflexes."

My favorite bad movie.

Jack Burton and MacReady would be a great combo to see. Macready would probably beat the hell out of Jack, or try to.

This movie and that knife started my knife obsession. I still have that Gerber Gaurdian from the early 80,s.

I like it, too.

You know What Jack Burton always says. I love that movie so much. I remember watching it with my mom and dad all the time.

in the spirit of Veterans day:
Wang Chi: Here's to the Army and the Navy, and the battles they have won; Here's to America's colors, the colors that never run.
Jack Burton: May the wings of liberty never lose a feather.

He may though want a balisong after watching the Jeff Imida scene. (I know I did when I saw it at the drive in when I was 6)

"Everybody relax, I'm here." Love this movie, one of the all time greatest comedy adventure flicks. Long live John Carpenter.

If you liked it make sure you see Showdown in Little Tokyo with with Dolph Lundgren and Brandon Lee. Another one of those movies that might be bad, but are fun to watch.

"You were not put on this earth to "get it" Mr. Burton".

"Have you paid your dues Jack? Yes sir the check is in the mail".

Classic cheesy movie.

I found this entertaining...I saw it when it first came out in '86 or so.
But my favorite 'bad, cheesy movie' of all time is No Retreat No Surrender, the one that introduced Van Damme to American audiences, as the bad guy, also in 1986. I still love it to this day, though AFAIK, it's not on DVD. If it were, I'd snatch up a copy in a heartbeat.

I still have no idea what Gangnam style is, but someone put up a Big Trouble in Little China Gangnam style video, and it is hilarious. Even has the guy that played Lo Pan in it.
