Biggest/Thickest Emerson?

Ubr is probably your best bet. I think it's a 4.5" blade, 10.5" overall. All emersons are the same bladestock
 
The HMMV-K is most likely the thickest Emerson. Unfortunately, they're not in production any longer.

The blade thickness is 0.19".

The "Bulldog" is the closest thing if I'm not mistaken. Blocky knife, but I kind of like that in some folders as much as the curvy flowing lines of the Horseman and Gentleman Jim.
 
Well for handle thickness the Tan G10 is a little thicker, maybe the other colors too i presume.

I am talking about the newer Emersons.. The older green handle emersons are normal thickness.

As an example I have a 2014 Commander, 2014 Jungle Commander and a 1999 Commander to compare. The 1999 Commander is super slim.. (replacement pivots does not even fit the 1999).. The 2014 is thicker than the 1999 and the JUNGLE 2014 Commander is even thicker than the regular 2014 Commander.
