DSC00607.JPG DSC00607.JPG I have been trying to date this piece based on the stamp, but not having much luck. If any of you have data on Bagwell's production, I'd be grateful to see it. Do most people want to see full size images, or just first one and the rest thumbs? Thanks.

You should contact Bagwell and ask him when he made it, and any other information he can give you like steel used and what is the handle material. John

In the french magazine la 'Gazette des Armes ' july 1983 , there is a pic of a Bagwell sword of this kind , but with a fluted handle (Picture by B.R. Hughes).
