Bill's final fighters first 4 are seal set final version in micarta 4th left, and proto types 1-3, used by seals. Commisioned by a Coronel no other info can be given.

The progession is obvious from the far left to the next 2, the 4th left is too final one.

Bill's fighter cocabola, right black micarta, as in fighter mag.

Thw middle is hunter/fighter and hunter. Bill's main woods: cocabola, black walnut and ironwood.

skinner far right - this is part of 3 knife set, 2 smaller not shown, any of the 3 can fit in dual sheath for hunting, sheath and 2 others not shown.

Bill passed away few years ago, great maker of tools and knives. RIP!

enjoy: http://s329.photobucket.com/user/warpedsystems/media/DSC_0213.jpg.html

This set is mine and being kept as a set.

I remember my father used to make custom saddles, and he used to tell me the only knives that he would ever buy were made by Bill Buchman. Right before bill died my father bought a fighter similar to the second knife from the right, to this date I have never found a knife to hold such an edge my father never touched a stone to any of Bills knives. He used a rouge(SP) board and would draw the blade across it a couple times and it was like a razor. I would give my eye teeth for any of those knives right now!!

The interesting think with Bill's knife is how think and sharp many are. They are working knives for skinning, cutting, dressing - some are thicker fighters - some are thicker woods knife but all are razor sharp.

I test all knives, if it is sharp on my arm shave off hair, if the knife removes a patch completely in one pass. Then i consider it a +3 blade vs minus 3 that does nothing.

Bill makes plus 3's. It is all my own testing, one of a few.

thank you for input, they are rare knives.

i am gold memeber but i am not gold yet.

i am gotthe very last of BB knives on planet. i think the demos? once i get them i will post them on here photos since there are no photos yet. Funds go too his widow, i am doing it free.

i am not a knife dealer but i said i do it free since i got the above knives. So once i go gold i post them.

You will need to post them in the proper place in the For Sale area. You can't post sales stuff here, even if you are a paid member.

there not for sale, since i am not sure what they are.

i am just the middle person - plus it is for good cause so i bent the rules slightly? i guess - i read them again.

not sure what they are, not sure what will be for sale. i know they are not fighter knives

Big discount on these for BF memebers - i have sold, not consigned, 3 groups in the last year too major sellers this is last batch and I am selling them in bulk for same price as I traded. The prices have been set by market, google search for past sales by big knife sellers - i am not a dealer! I collect, buy, trade, and sell my extras in that order.

Still some more for me too go through, in this batch this is about 1/2 or 2/3rds.

here is photo:

here is 3 more bill buchman knives - sold or gone:

The right 2 went too a Bill fan, i (guess) am the unofficial official Bill Buchman, BB, historian - complete accident - yes i am glad it land on me! RIP BILL your knives speek for themselves when used. photos do not do them justise.

As they are sold this will be updated. thx R william!

OP: I'm guessing English is not your first language. You say they were commissioned by a coronel for the SEALs. You probably mean colonel. But the SEALs are Navy, and the knives would have been commissioned by a Captain (0-6). Just to clarify your narrative.

I'm confused, you are or are not selling these?

I'm confused too. And what is this "good cause" that allows you to think bending the rules is ok?

If you are going to sell, all you have to do is do it in the proper forum. Rules is rules, we all have to follow them, and without them the place will fall into chaos.

Troll spam... What a joke.

Zomg soo sharp, never have 2 sharp the knifes, they're over 9,000 vs. under -9,000.

Selling these in general is a great idea, I read the rules, not really selling, just selling for someone else who doesn't have a gold membership.

Cheese and crackers man....
