His quality looks to be excellent, but I am not into fillet and kitchen knives. Does he do other styles as well and if so, are there some pictures?

Wow ~~> doesn't quite covered it..., but those are gorgeous! I'm certainly not a guy that's going to buy kitchen of fillet knives that cost a bizzillion $$$ ..., but I can certainly appreciate the craftsmanship. Gorgeous pices of work...thanks!
