Hi Bill!!

I wanted to get pix of the gelbu 18'' ... if you could email them to me that would be great.I looked thru the web sight up to 100 day posts and nothing came up... I would like to see the knife im buying and would like to purchase this week!!

I really like mine.It is almsot my new favorite over my 18" AK which I think is the best knife in the world.
It's the best one I have ever had anyway.

Daxx- If you want a workhorse then get a 15" Ang Khola. The power delivered to the target is immense. The portability and weight of this Khukuri should make it the best all round performer.

I gave my sweet wife the 15" AK that was my 1st.Khukuri.It's one heckuva knife,but a little small for me personally.I prefer my Gelbu Special over the 15" Ak.
The 3 extra inches makes it just as good a chopper imo.
The khukuri's are very personal in each of thier unique uses.Like Uncle Bill says "you can always trade."

To make the choice easier, start to save up money for BOTH and buy one now will be the answer IMO. Getting another khukuri is not a problem of which but when once it shows up in mind. It sticks in mind until it comes into your hand! And even if I'm wrong and don't want another khuk, there's nothing to lose. The money is still there.
