I really love Billy's knives. I've had a Barlow,have a trapper,many fixed blades,but now check this big boy out
I think this is what they call a "clasp knife"
Billy calls it his Rev. War Folder....
"Rev-war style damascus folder, Camel Bone scales, blade length about 3 3/4" in the open position around 8 3/4". Similiar to the folder used in the 18th century, only better. 176 layers of 1095 and nickel damascus steel made in my blacksmith shop. Heat treated to 59 rockwell hardness"

It has a great feel to it in the hand, monterous slabs of bone & good looking!.Half stops & an action that goes " Ka-thunk ! "

Check it out....

I've been looking at Billys knives recently, he sure does nice work and at Very reasonable prices. His fixed blades are a great bargain. That's a great looking knife.

I've known Billy (and Minnie, his wife) for a number of years now. Have owned and used several of his knives, but it seems that friends keep tlaking me out of them! I do have one of his Barlows, that I supplied the stag for the scales.

What a beaut Vince, that would be a knife that you would grow very fond of - very quickly....its got the look ;)

That is nice. Really nice. I love the blade, both it's sleak shape and the great looking Damascus.
