Hello forum . This time I'll show you something bigger than usual. A traditional style Leuku with stacked bark handle. The blade is forged from a round bar by my friend Nikolaj Nikolov. I used almost double the amount of bark for a puukko handle here.
Steel - 60C2 spring steel 58-59 HRC.
OAL - 388 mm (~15.3")
Blade - 250Х37.5Х5mm (~9.8x1.5x0.2") flat grind with micro secondary bevel - forged by Nikolaj Nikolov , grinded by me
Blade finish - p 800
Handle - birch bark and bronze
Leather sheath with wooden inlay
weight with/without sheath 459/584 grams
