Bird and Trout as a Kneck Knife

I'm thinking about picking up on of the Marbles or Cold Steel B&T Knives. I bought a Buck Hartsook a few months back and while it is a neat little knife, the grip is awfully small. I wonder if the grip, although narrow, but longer, on the B&T may be better suited for using than the Hartsook. What do you guys think?
