Hi guys, I recently moved to the states and have finally setup my shop and here is the first knife that I made, its been about 8 months since I finished my last knife and its been awesome getting back in the swing of things again. Here are some WIP pics as well as the final product. Thanks for looking, Dirk.
This is a production model of mine that I had some left-over profiles, from some knives I made in South Africa, it has been profiled and heat treated but I wanted to do something different with the handle but was stuck with the existing holes. My idea was to pin a titanium liner onto the blank and use it to do a screw construction handle.
Rough Grind
Some hand sanding.

Creating the template for the titanium liners.
Titanium profiled and a test etch of my logo with my powersupply.
Bronze bolsters being prepared.
Bronze shaped and wood being prepared for fitting.
Wood shaping and fitting.
Parts finished for final assembly.
Final product.
