Bird Knife... in style... Dozier vs Krein

Help me decide between the Krein TK-11, Dozier Sweetwater, and Dozier Whittler for a bird cleaning and caping knife. Any experience you have with these would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Doc

Any of those would work just fine. I'd add the Dozier Canoe to the list for consideration.

I'd also take a close look at a Krein Panfish (maybe with a shorter blade) as a caper. Especially if making plunge cuts or using it upside down...it has a more pronounced guard and the handle is a little longer.

Krein makes some awesome knives...you couldn't go wrong with a TK-11.
