Is the Chris Reeve Inyoni the pinnacle of this type or are there other good options?

Not looking for a safe queen but something I can actually carry and gut trout with. I love that the handle scales come off to reduce weight. Anything > 4oz is automatically eliminated from consideration.

At the low end of the scale is a CRKT biwa that has served me well for a few limits of trout over the last two years. Meets the weight limit at 1.6. I really appreciate the jimping, and the G10 has provided good grip even while cleaning fish in the snow. Maybe not the knife you are looking for but if I were looking for a new B&T with material upgrades I would still want the jimping.

Looks great. This is a perfect example of why I asked.

The GEC H73 bird and trout is pretty amazing.
