Bird & Trout - The Best?

Of the mainstream production companies which one makes the best traditional style Bird & Trout Knives? Anyone else out there love B&T's. I have just bought a Winchester BuckStag B&T and am looking to add others to my collection.

I don't have either, so I can't comment on them much, but I would like to get a few B&T knives also.
