Birth Certificate Question

Does anyone know why some birth certificate are all hand written and others are not?

I believe that they changed to printed in the last year or so. I'm sure that others will chime in....

They started doing it with layer builds of the 21 and all the newer 25's, and also the new Zaans too.

What do you mean by layer builds? I know nothing about CRK's

Interesting enough, my 25 born 1/31/13 has a handwritten birth card...

I kind of like the handwritten cards. Adds a degree of personalization. That said, I'm buying the knife for the knife, not the certificate.
