Birth date on Spydies

I put this up in a reply over on the spyderco.com site and no one had anything to say about it.What do ya'll think.
The date the knife is made would be nice to have stamped on spydies.Nothing major,maybe 2 digits.
"SPYDERCO 02"
"SPYDERCO 03"
This may increase the number of collectors.IMO this is why Case is so collectable.You can have 40 of the same knife but they are still differant.
