So I acquired a GSO 10 that arrived today and am curious of when it was made. Here are the differences I see from other GSO's out there. First there is no Flag on the blade and instead there is a small flag and made in america at the lanyard hole. Speaking of lanyard hole that is all there is on this one. Instead of the lanyard slot that I have on all my other GSOs there is just a hole on both the scales and the steel as well. So I figure I must have one of the original production runs since it is not numbered.Anyone care to guess when they think it was born?

That is from the first batch of GSO-10s and would have been made in 2012.
 
I believe the handles will still fit. The lanyard hole will just be a bit different, but it should still work ok.

Hahah! I don't consider the forum to be "work" so much. Now if I could have the same attitude about emails, THAT would be amazing customer service.

Well you are still talking work so I say it counts. Just wanted to say thanks for getting the scales out so fast. Somehow I got shipping notice yesterday and today they were here in NY. So way to go postal service. And they scales fit perfect.
