Finally got off work today and was able to pick up my final Orange and Black Busse. .315" Satin FBM with Orange and Black hand smoothed G10 and a convex edge. This is an amazing piece of steel. I couldn't be happier with the Busse Combat staff and customer service. Even got a Happy Birthday wish from Amy-O on the paper wrapped around the knife. Thanks Amy!!

Also, with Bladeforums being down yesterday I tried to take a few pictures with my crappy camera that looked somewhat decent.

Great looking collection of pumpkins, but what do you mean your "final" black and orange Busse? You've got plenty more to choose from! Here's a few more for you:

It's true. There are many more out there. I would love an Active Duty and that Tank Buster looks amazing. I guess I missed out on getting one from Busse. I saw a picture of a MOAB the other day that has haunted my dreams. Some day.

Thanks Doug and Garth! Wish I didn't have to go to work tomorrow so I could celebrate tonight. It has been a warm day outside. I think a gin and tonic will hit the spot tonight.

Cheers!

great pics!!, I did admire the satin with the orange G10 as much as i do now seeing all them together in one thread!

I am doing what you are with Blue/ black g10.;)

JD, that's some fine OJ Bro!!! Agree w/Snakedoc, that FFBM is a real Beaut...

Mmmm. Rocky 90's. He's come out and smoothed out a lot of his blends. Years ago, it was either an overhyped Macanudo or a cigar so strong it made you pass out from nicotine overdose. Now they are smooth and flavorful.

Oh, sorry. Is this a knife thread?

Dennis, The Rocky 90 is one of my favorites. Like you say, very smooth and flavorful. The one pictured is my last one from a box so if you have any suggestions for something similar I would love to hear them.

On a side note I had a Rothchild from Cigar Factory down in New Orleans last weekend. They roll them in the store. I was very surprised at how smooth their cigars were. My father had a Robusto and it was excellent, mine was a little harsher towards the end of the smoke from the Cameroon wrapper. It is a small storefront near Jackson Square that we stumbled upon and I was extremely surprised at the quality of their cigars. They do ship in case you want to try one.

Happy Belated Birthday:):)

I am so glad that you LOVE it...and "great pumpkin" collection:thumbup:
