This knife has a long story . I'll keep it short . Steel was bought in the mid 90's then profiled in the late 90's . Was finally ground in 2007 and finally finished this week . Guess I'm not a fast maker . It was designed for a western theme to compliment our Henry's rifle and Ruger 6 shooter with ivory grips . Well now that our son has that collection and his birthday is 4 weeks away , I figured I should finish this knife .

It is Devin Thomas high contrast 1095 and nickel damascus . Walrus ivory handle scales . It is a biggum's at 13-3/4" O.A.L with a 8-3/4" blade to handle . 1/4" stock and 1-1/2" wide at the ricasso . Hope he likes it .:D

Nice, I really like the flow to ot and looks as though it would be comfortable to use.
You should show pics of all his rig together, after he gets it.

Jack,

Beautiful knife, I am sure you will feel proud to gift it and your son will feel proud to receive it!

Thanks all for looking and the nice comments . Since our son's girlfriend just gave birth to our first granddaughter , he will have to pass it on to her some day . Hopefully this piece will live on for a long time .

I think we would all enjoy seeing the whole outfit after your son's birthday. Beautiful knife.
