Here is a Wasabi KAI manufatured Santoku !!

My cousin is a chef at a resort and he has a mobile knife sharpening service guy that comes to his work avery week. He sharpens all the knifes on his truck on the spot and sells kitchen knives.
So my cousin gave me this blade for my Birthday.
It is really nice came razor sharp and is manufactured by Kai.
So I wanted to share it with you guys.

Thats a nice looking blade, Id like to get some of their chef knives, but I know my wife would throw them in the draw with the rest or cut her finger. Im a little jealous

It is very beautiful. When my cousin told me to come to his work and he is going to buy me a knife for my birthday I wasn't expecting to be this nice and a kai knife. So now I need to make a sheath for this now. It feels a little naked right now . lol

That is fantastic. We do a lot of fancy cooking and such here and I have strongly considered getting a set of kitchen knives from KAI. Still using a set of carbon steel ones I've had for a while. They are nice and sharp, but rust like the dickens.
