Thanks to my wife for surprising me with a JK Pack Knife for my birthday, and thanks to John for getting it done in time for it. It's usually hard for my wife to surprise me, but she really pulled it off this time. As usual for John's knives, it's great.

I took these real quick to put on here, I'm looking forward to putting it to some real use later.

While I'm at it here are all my JK knives (which I've acquired all in the last month). The Kephart is starting a little patina, it's seen some use in the kitchen like mqqn's.

Hi kyturkey -

Nice!

I wish my wife would surprise me like that! I love her dearly, and she really is a doll, but she never gets on the internet and has a lot of trouble getting me "man-things".

You are a lucky man!

Thanks for the pictures - Your keppie is looking well-loved!:cool:

I think your "tin-knife" looks a lot like my scand-duckie.

best regards -

mqqn

Your wife is good at keeping the knife a surprise, she has had it for almost two weeks!

That's the longest she's been able to keep anything like that from me. She actually gave it to me three days before my birthday, she couldn't wait any longer. She mentioned giving it to me earlier, but I told her it wasn't my birthday yet.

mqqn- you're right I am a lucky man
