"Biscuit"

I was looking at an older Atlanta Cuterly catalogue and noticed a "Biscuit", it looked exactly like a Subcom, whats the story about that? Is it the same knife? I thought the Subcom was a new design.

It is the Subcom, they just got the name wrong.

From what I've heard, "Biscuit" is a nickname for the SubCom.
