Bit by the folder bug again...

Ordered some new 0.09" 6/4 Ti from Halpern that I hope to ruin soon again! Shouldn't take me long. My problem is I can't seem to design a very nice folder, let alone make one. It'll give me something to do while watching Survivor with my old lady tonight, I guess! Stupid fancy folding knives...

HeHeHe...fun ain't it? It took me a while to get a nice design. Well, one that I liked anyway. It seems like it would be easy, but it is rough to get it all packed into a nice unit.

0.090.....sounds like frame lock time to me. Good luck and if you ever need some 0.050 for a liner lock let me know.

Yeah, 0.09 sounded kind of thick to me, too. I've always admired this little ti-framelock that Dick Atkinson makes (you can see it under his name at Bladeart.com). Very cool and simple. Although, if I can make something like that, slapping scales on it isn't that difficult of a next step, so...

I do need a new 1-72 tap. Busted that very handily on the last failed folder.
