Over the last few years most of my purchases were either knife kits , supplies to make my own fixed blades or Spyderco's or CRKT's.

Then I bought a Scallion at wallymart , on a whim.
Since buying that first Scallion , I have opened the AO and closed it probably a few thousand times , I've carried it , used it and mostly played with it ( open/close/repeat) on my long work drives.
A few months ago I modded it and now I love it even more , the thing is.... it loves me back.
Yeap.
From there the Shallot and Leek found their way into my pocket , my heart and sometimes , my drawers ( my knife drawer , not my.. nevermind..) You know I have to keep my sleeping EDC's warm and comfy in between their turn to be EDC'd. :D
Then the Groove which previously unimpressed me , somehow walked right into my pocket, some $75 later , and now I cant stop flipping it. It is such a lovely knife , that it too was modded and now is even lovlier:cool:
Another Scallion, this one the FRN or Zytel handle has joined the group , then a Starkey Ridge G10 , which is just a lovely , lovely knife.

Whats in store for the future ?
A Lahar , a ZT or two , a Ti Leek, to name a few.

Then ! I see there are new products coming out quite soon , a framelock Scallion ? oh baby...

Lets see...you have representation form Ken and RJ, so why not keep them company with a new offerig from the Hawks like the RAM?

How about some pics of the mods you did to the scallion and groove???

Jon

Ok, I'll attempt it again this afternoon.

My camera is less than desirable and 1 out 5 times I actaully get nice , clear pics.
Tried taking pics of the Leek I did but they came out horrible and my batteries ran out.
:D

No pics , yet.

The only batteries I had were used in a feeble attempt , need more batteries.

Finished most of what I will do to my Groove last night , I am thinking full G10 scales for it. It looks much nicer now IMO and the lock is perfect !

Thanks for updating me Rebel. No worries, I'll just sit here patiently waiting for the visual!;)

Cheers,
Jon
