Bitten by the Randall bug...........

Just received my catalog today. Oh man! I am falling for the #15 hard! What sucks is that I was stationed in Florida for over 5 years and did not hear of Randall until I found this forum. Heck, I was only about 1 hour away from them! ARRRRGH

I left Florida in '95, now its 2003, and if I order; 2007 when I would get the #15. ARRRRRRRRGH

Oh well, better late than never.........

. There are several dealers who sell at catalog price at the time of delivery. Most of them seem to have waiting lists of 12 to 24 months instead of the 42 month long waiting list for orders directly from Randall Made Knives. Some of the dealers who charge higher than catalog may have shorter waiting lists. You can also find Randalls for sale at websites and on Ebay. Many of the Randalls offered for sale are unused because there are so many people buying these knives to collect them rather than use them. I recently bought a nice Model 15 that was advertised on the knife forums classifieds. Randalls also are occasionally advertised on the classified ads here on Blade Forums. There is also the KAN site which had at least one Model 15 the last time I looked.

Thanks Jeff! I am currently watching Ebay right now. It's just hard to be patient for something I'm jonesin' for, but not have the extra cash. And the kids and wifey come first for X-mas!
