While X-mas shopping a couple of weeks ago, I popped by a knife retailer and bought the little Kershaw Scallion for the heck of it.

Well, I must admit that a year ago, I wouldn't have really entertained buying such a novelty which I think spring assisted knives are; not too mention a blade in (gasp) 420J steel!

I'm all giddy playing with this little knife. Flicking it by the flipper is fun.

I must admit they have a certain fun factor missing from conventional manual folders.

anyway, i don't like the boa because the speedsafe isn't very speed
try the whirlwind, blackout or the avalanche

i haven't tried the whisper LE, but i really like the look
great knife imo, looks nifty too
