Got two new ones Monday. I actually ordered them before the Bad News. Never even handled an LB7 or a 897uh but I sure am glad I bought 'em. The 897uh is just the right size for everyday yet still big enough to do near anything I'm likely to need. LB7 is a beefy bugger ain't it? The joy of getting a new knife was sadly tempered by the loss of the company that made them.

A couple of months before the bad news hit I bought a 897UH. Nice little pocket knife. A few days after the news my mother mailed me a pocket knife as a gift,a 897 UH. I am going to try to live long enough to wear them both out.

Ive picked up a few myself lately also. A couple cigar box muskrats, a a few schrade cheetah lockbacks, a peachseed bone trapper and the old timer muskrat, oh and an old schrade heritage green bone serpentine whittler. News is out on ebay and they are out there buying them, things are picking up!
