Bizarre political development in Nepal

I read the article & I agree. I think that's weird, but what would classify them as such? Sex change, or cross dresser? I dont' have a clue to that one

They are a well-known interest group in India. I would call this a social development, not political.

It does become a little political when the government recognizes it a gender. Ya don't think?
I mean a political decision had to be made. Although it is also social
Male, Female & transgender

I am suggesting that the political decision is on a social topic. A political topic would be the interactions within the government, how the decision was made. Discussing the cultural or social ramifications will tell you more about how people behave than reading the law.
