Oh.. I clicked on that link thinking that BJJ was something else. Never mind. Move along... nothing to see here.... :)

I thought it was Boss Jack Jungle Camo or something ?

Cool video my friend.

Very cool man!! I saw a lot that reminded me of American wrestling, and I'm not talking WWE.

Good stuff  I studied BJJ back in the day at Ralp Gracie's studio when Dave Camarillo and BJ Penn were still training there. Penn was just a barely a blue belt at the time. I later went on to train with Michael Jen and Roy Harris. They were trained under Joe Moreira.

I wish I had more time to get back into some grappling.

I hear that. When the kids are older, I'll be back. BJJ is da bomb!:D

No excuses. I just find 90mins of bikram yoga in 105+ degrees at 40+ percent humidity 7 days a week plenty enough excercise. ;)

Go to Youtube and look up "Shivworks" if you want to see some real street application of BJJ with people actually resisting each other during the engagements.

Uh, yeah. Anyone that thinks otherwise had never done some serious yoga.

Remind me not to ever mess with you Ban. Between BJJ and your deadly sharp blades everywhere I think I would end up a pile of ground beef on the floor. :D;)

A lot of people underestimate the art of the Gracies, and yet is what every MMA fighter needs in his arsenal to survive in the octagon. I had the pleasure of traveling to Brazil and train under Rickson Gracie while the great Helio yelled instructions from across the room. Many people ask why the username trugracie, well now ya know!
That being said, I've also practiced the art of Muay Thai for 10 years. All the bruises, sprains, sore shins, and pulled muscles were a small price to pay to be able to train my two boys now that I own these skills.

Deus te abençoe!
