Oh, no worries, I'm still getting the hang of this moderator thing. I didn't see it as an issue, but I don't want Super rollin' in thinking we are letting stuff slide.

No corner shame for you, hell, I went and checked it out. Seems to be overpriced to me, but hey, that's me.

I bought it. $110 shipped no paypal fees.

I had been scoping one on eBay that ended the other day for about the same price. I figured I'd pick it up....the price seems fair for something that's not available. I'd rather have paid $90 or so, but an extra $20 is no big deal.

It's in mint/unused condition and comes with sheath. I'll take some pics when it arrives!

Oh, I also got the pre-order BK12 - RSK MK2 Perseverance. The 110 was cheaper than the $128 w/ shipping for the Perseverance so it can't be that bad of a deal.

I like the blade size/length and hope I'll like the slightly slimmer blade...I think I will.

well, you know, the BK10 is CARBON-V! with the best heat treat out of Camillus... you know, the famous thing :) not as good as KaBar's of course, and Rowen is a close second ;) but still, CARBON-V! yar!

i have a soft spot for the BK10 for some reason. the BK2 is practically my camping EDC, but for field craft, i've ALWAYS liked the 10. mmm.
 
$110 is not THAT bad. $120 for a Perseverance puts it into perspective. Good snag given this model probably ain't coming back anytime soon. :thumbup:
 
I may have snagged the bk10 from the bay...also got one through the exchange. My quest is now complete :D

I was also watching that ebay auction. I was surprised it ended at $100, I probably would have paid that but I mistimed the auction. So $110 shipped is good deal man.
 
Is it a coincidence that the day I become an official beckerhead I receive the knife I've always wanted??? I think not!!:D The mods prophesy came true! HONOR THE MODS!! haha
