It can be bought that way, it's a special edition by Camillus, iirc. The BK11 san mai edition. They're disco'd though.

I might be mistaken on the Camillus thingy. What is sure is that it's no longer being made, lol.
 
I love the Sig. I have been incredibly happy with my govt. I think the sig is the secret of the 1911 world in that people still look down on them for their GSR days, but they are the best bang for the buck on the market for a quality 1911. (best bang for the buck probably goes to RIA)
Sorry for the derail. Those scales look great! I would love for Ka-bar to start coming out with some more special editions like that!
 
I discovered that Texasknifemakers stocks mother of pearl blanks. I think afterI get caught up on knives already ordered I will make one with mother of pearl handles. They are pricey though.
