Hi all! Recently I have been trying to decide whether to buy the BK 11 or the IZULA. It will be my new EDC knife! Just reaching out to this great community's knowledge on these 2 awesome knives and as always i'm sure that I will end up getting both. But I got to start with one so i'm looking for some help to decide. I will be carrying it on my hip. I have the BK7 and am in love with it, but yet to own a ESEE knife so i'm not sure what one to go with! I'd love to hear from your experience and listen to the pros and cons of both!
and as always thanks in advance!

The IZULA needs a clip plate right out of the box but otherwise it's great, with the clip plate it runs about 60-65$. The becker bk11 needs a new sheath right out of the box but otherwise it's awesome!!!!!! With the new sheath it runs about 60-65$ :D

I would go with the Becker bk11, I'm a BECKERHEAD! :D

The izula 2 is the best one between the 2 companies because it gives you a full grip. As far as the izula 1 vs the bk11 I think it's a matter of how your hand fits them. I think the 11 is more comfy than the izula but a lot of guys think the opposite. I personally prefer the distal taper and the blade shape of the izula over the 11 though. So...get the izula 2. :D

I have both, for ergos alone if its a choice between the two get the Izula. But you could get the BK14 and have the handle comfort of the Izula AND the BK11s slightly longer blade.

Between those 2, I would say go with the BK11

The extra blade length alone does it for me. The steel has yet to let me down, and I have no problems with the ergos. Get some after market scales and you're set!

IMO IZULA . I have them both and the Izula hold an edge better/longer.
Edit: It is the BK14 that I have not the 11.

Recommendation is going with the 11 even though the Izula is a good blade. However, I would further recommend the BK14, or BK24 as the handles are a bit more comfortable and better suited for a belt type blade. They are serious knives for the money and you can buy 2 sets of zytel scales for around 15 bucks, or go custom for about double that. For attachment options you can just run some paracord in the sheath holes and you are all set up. Cannot recommend the 14 enough, its a little blade that can do big work.

Thanks guys I'm gonna check out the 14 and 24 never looked to much into them so my research will continue! But one day I plan to own them all haha ugh silly knife junky!
