Will the micarta handles on the market now fit the Camillus model?

If so, any suggestions on the best place to purchase?

Actually, if you buy a limited edition BK10 directly from Kabar they will include a free set.:thumbup:;)
 
Oops, I was thinking full-size Beckers. Sorry for the misinformation. Reading comprehension isn't my forte.

I didn't realize my error until I scoured the chestnut ridge website for full-size micarta.

On an unrelated note, their picture of the BK5 is the best I've seen...

If your gonna order from chestnut ridge get a bunch of stuff to save on shipping, since their rates are steep but they give you a break for multiples
 
Thanks BeckerHeads. Some day I will join when I have enough posts. I spend most of my time in the traditional forum. Is there a way to count the number of posts in a sub-forum?

fyi - I have the BK 2, 11 (both Camillus) and Brute.
 
Just go to your profile where there is a tab that says post areas. It will show you exactly what you want to know.

There is also a faq in the sticky's above that shows you exactly how to check if you qualify to request a beckerhead number.

Letters, they should fit just fine. You might have to take a razor knife and scrape a little away from the insert part of micarta handles, but for the most part, the sizes are exact.

Good luck, and post up some pics of how it turns out.

Do a google search for Kabars and BKT, you will see a place that rhymes with Nomars. Give them a look.
