I like the necker but not to carry as a neck knife . I had an extra set of small Chicago screws from Kabar sending me a different belt attachment set for a TDI. I found a small piece of leather and did this. I don't see why some of the people making kydex sheaths don't make a belt attachment to bolt to the holes in the factory sheath

I carried one horizontal around 11:00ish with a Teklok years ago at work, and the bottle opener poked holes in all my t-shirts... loved using the knife though.
