BK-12: Any new news?

Howdy folks-

Sorry to be 'that guy' and ask about this, but I recall reading that roughly 60 days ago, it was said that by about now there would be news regarding KaBar production of the BK-12 by Ritter. What's the story there? Anything new, is it likely to happen?

That thing looks to be just about perfect for a general purpose woods blade.

Actually, 60 days would be tomorrow. :D In any case, I think Ethan was talking "knifemaker days," so it's hardly been close to 60 knifemaker days. Perhaps there will be some news about the RSK Mk2 by Blade...or not. ;)

Just remember that nothing involving knife production is a sure thing, deadlines are not, delivery dates are, at best, wishful thinking and don't believe anything until you can see it in your hands. Lessons learned the hard way. :(
