Has anyone here had any problems trying to find the right fitting size Allen wrench for the handles? I have tryed every size!!

I have two of those things that look like SAK but they're full of allen wrenches of all different sizes and such so I didn't have an issue but I know what it's like to have every size wrench except for the one you need. Very frustrating. I'd go to home depot and pick up something like what I have (seriously, imagine a SAK but all allen wrenches) and you'll never have to stress over this kind of thing again.

Thanks Rogue, I actually will have to go there as you suggested..every other place I've been is bunk..cheers

It sucks getting new grips and not getting to get them on your knife secure to test out and whatnot!!!

I stumbled onto a torx bit that worked fine, I never found an actual Allen wrench that did. I think I read that 3.5mm was the size.

The correct size is 3/32. Both my Bondhus and Allen (SAK -like) sets from Home Depot have that size. The tweener scales use a 9/64 wrench, so make sure the set you get has both.
