BK-14 sheath?

Just ordered a new BK-14, and was wondering about the sheath. Is it made of that "Glass impregnated nylon" that I've heard about? Or has Ka-Bar remedied this with a different material?

Same material, but with less fiberglass to make it more flexible which also made it not as hard on the edge. In any case you can always open up the channel in the sheath a bit to keep the edge from contacting or just replace the sheath. I ended up buying kydex for both of mine.
