Bk 15 kydex liner?

^^^ says it all has anyone tryed putting kydex liners on there beckers before?

I'm thinking of doing it on my 15 OD green kydex handle liner with matching OD sheath

If you have post a pic plez. if there is a reason it wouldn't work plez say so

I've not heard of anyone using kydex as a handle liner, but I guess it would work depending on the thickness of the kydex. Most of us use thinner plastics for liners.

But hey, rock it if you got it.

Agreed. Can't see any reason why it wouldn't work....it's a thermoplastic probably not too dissimilar from the DVD cases and cutting boards frequently used here. Pus, many colors to choose from and relatively cheap. Rock on.

You may have a hard time snapping the retention snap with new fatter handles.

If you do get them snapped, let it sit for about a week to stretch. I've done this, even over stretched a bit to make it even easier. But it wasn't as thick as kydex.

I'm making a custom kydex sheath for it ^^^^^ since I have all the materials and everything

It would match the sheath so black blade OD liner black scale OD sheath
