Bk 15

Thanks! Ham was awesome:thumbup: got the scales off the bay awhile ago.I need to get some stainless bolts from Dex one of these day lol

All kinds of pork... bacon, chorizo, spicy country sausage. This is what it became...

I tried that recipe you posted myself and it is excellent! I used my 15 as well but unfortunately no pics in action :(

Thanks, man. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Were the instructions clear enough? I wondered if they were. It's good stuff. Too bad you didn't take any pics. Next time.

Oh yea, great instructions. I could have drained it off some more but that was me trying to get them done cuz company was coming over, same reason I wasnt able to snap any pics. They were a definite hit. The 15 is one heck of a slicer. I have a couple dedicated kitchen blades that cut but even with the coating it cuts incredibly well.

Shandy-
Awesome. I was hoping the instructions were easy to fallow, and thanks for posting the link. With that much meat there is a lot of straining. I'm glad they were a hit. I have yet to serve them and get any disappointments. And, the 15 is awesome in the kitchen coated or not. The coating actually helps in my honest op. Keeps wet veggies from sticking to the blade.

Ivan, Paws-
Everybody needs more knives and pork
