I have been using my bigger blades a lot lately. So I decided to give my small blades a little workout.

First up Bk14 with orange scales for more cutting power. Feels great in hand with the new scales.

To be honest I would carry any of the three with confidence that they can preform.
thanks for looking.

very cool. thanks for sharing. that 14 looks even more comfortable with the new scales. out of the 3 shown here which do you prefer the most? i really dig those leather sheaths as well.

Thats a pretty trio...and workers too! Im liking the BHKs more every day, and I liked 'em a LOT to start with LOL

Thanks guys.

To be honest would be extremely tough to pick a favorite. The bk14 is so light and now with the new scales feels great. On the your belt you forget it's there. Great slicer tough can handle smaller battoning and chopping. But i had to replace my sheath with leather and it needed scales to fit my hand better.

Bk16 awesome all around great little knife with very good sheath and two sets of scales. Does everything the 14 does just easier.

BHK bushcrafter great knife with micarta scales and leather sheath.Nothing to replace does fine work and feels nice and heavy like a baby bk 2. Price would be the major different. But then again new leather sheath and micarta for bk 16 would push them in the same price bracket.

I like all three.

Nice photos, thanks for sharing. I do believe I would like to have a BHK as well. Sweet looking blade.

I have the same trio. I carry the bk14 daily, love the new scales. I paid a hefty price for the Bushcrater, fiddleback maple handles on mine. It was with every penny to me. Love this knife sheath just the whole package is superb. I can honestly say the same thing about the bk16 though. I just can't put it down. Love the ergonomics, sheath and mine came crazy sharp. If I had to choose just one I think I would have saved my money and passed on the Bushcrater. The 16 fills the exact same niche and I couldn't be happier with it. The Bushcrater just may go up on the exchange to fund more beckers.

I ain't gonna lie the BHK is very well made. Great fit and finish It is very nice and the quality leather sheath can be worn as a dangler or straight on the belt. Feels great in hand.

Does that BHK have a scandi grind? On some of the photos, it appears to have a secondary bevel.

Great knives, and always glad to see another Saddleback owner. Good post.

BHK has the Bushcrafter and a few otheres in scandi grind and full flat grind.

I personally like the scandi grind on these knives, its pretty sweet.....they slice wood like crazy
