Bk 16 today

Got this today. Stripped it and added SS bolts. No plans for any other mods right now thinking I am just going to go with it like this. Grind lines were perfect on this one.

Yup, not much more to do with that one. It's pretty close to perfect out of the box.

I'm ordering a 16 in the next couple days, I'm sure. I plan on doing like you did, put the brown scales on with some stippling action, strip and polish the blade, convex the edge, and call it a day. Yours looks great.

i'm looking into getting a BK16 in the coming months together with a set of micarta scale.

Lately my DIY bugs are kinda active and would like to get some mod projects going too .. but before i work on the BK16, i would like to try it out on my BK24 Eskaba first
