Not new to Beckers and after selling my BK-2 a few years ago and regretting it bought another off Amazon. The coating is a smoother coating not like my BK-7 & 9 or my old BK-2 purchased in 2013. Either BK&T/Kabar changed the type of blade coating or this is a fake which may be the case since it was purchased off Amazon….
